Since February is Cat Appreciation month, our charity for February is
Caroline’s Kids Pet Rescue, no-kill sanctuary for cats. It’s a house with LOTS of cats everywhere in rooms, but not cages! Unlike regular shelters, this is a sanctuary that takes in old, feral and even cats with feline HIV to let them live out their lives in a safe place with love. They also have adoptable cats too! Here's the video I took when I visited:

Yay!!!! Together we funded 12 loans on Kiva this month!!! That is soooo wonderful!!! Sorry that we both had "pet issues" that brought our comment levels up but so glad Abby and Gerard are doing so well after the incident!!! Your KIVA choices are great! It is so hard to choose, isn't it??? They all seem so worthy!!! Thanks again for the great idea!!!
That's a wonderful donation and I hope February is a good month for the kitties too!
What an awesome cause - and a great way to celebrate Cat Appreciation Month!
Bethann: Yes, choosing is definitely difficult-it took me about 40-50 minutes to decide!
Beaded Tail: I hope it is too, but not due to any more drama in our life!
Sparkle: Thanks--our cats are excited about it!
I just took the time to watch the video of Caroline's Kids Pet Rescue!!! That was wonderful!! I can not believe all of the cats!!! How many are in there in total??? It seemed like hundreds! And they were all getting along!!! No hissing!!! :-) What a wonderful thing to support!!! I will try to do my part!!!
