Help Canine Lifeline By Commenting In March

We are very happy to report that we received 224 comments on our blogs during February so will donate $112 to The National Children's Cancer Society.
The day we first met Abby! (6/20/09)
For March we will again donate 50 cents per comment on all of our blogs but to Canine Lifeline--the organization that rescues dogs from shelters that are scheduled to be put down. They use foster homes to take in the dogs to give them longer to find them good homes. They have saved over 300 dogs throughout Ohio and Kentucky since it started in 2009. This is how we got Abby! She was scheduled to be put down because she was in an overcrowded shelter. She is a wonderful dog and it would have been so sad had Barb, one of the founders of Canine Lifeline, had not rescued her to give her extra time for us to find her.  Visit their website at www.caninelifeline.org to donate, see what other dogs are available or provide a foster home.

We hope you will comment on all our blogs to help out this charity that is so wonderful!

Karen,
Thank you so much for thinking of us and featuring us on your blog. We were lucky enough to save nearly 300 dogs facing euthansia in 2010 and we hope that we will be able to help even more homeless dogs in 2011! We currently have 8 dogs that tested positive for heartworm, not many rescues are willing to take on the expense and commitment of a heartworm positive dog. We appreciate your help!

Blessings Karen... What inspiration! What a beautiful heart you have first for children with cancer and now Canines. Truly worthy causes! How wonderful to be such a giver and contributor through your blog comments. And look at your hearts for feline and canine! Abby sure was blessed as are you both. I bookmarked your blog and hope I can visit often to aid.

Any pizza eater that kicks up AWANA
by being a clown deserves many blessings! Thank you for your visit, heart and bring RIGHT WHERE YOU BELONG! I'm a dog lover, as you can see down along my right sidebar
but all God's critters deserve help. I read some of Abby's blog and hopefully can come back soon for more. Does comments at Abby's count also? everywhere or just the main page?

Woof! To Abby from Chimi,Chiqui, Toby and Bravo here in Mexico! Your Pet Pride truly is pawsome!

Peace, JOY and many comments,
Peggy

What a great way to make a donation to Canine Lifeline! We adopted Doogie (Clancy) from Canine Lifeline about five months ago. He is a wonderful dog and being our first rescue, it is really something watching him get more and more comfortable and learning how to play! Kudos to Canine Lifeline and the great work they do! ~Sandy~

Canine Lifeline is amazing! Each dog is placed with their new owner for a two-week trial. I happen to be right in the middle of my trial, and am absolutely in love with my new pooch!! He is a Rottweiler mix and was rescued from a pound in southern Ohio. Barb and the folks at Canine Lifeline have given this sweet dog a new lease on life, and I am ever so grateful!

Thank you, Canine Lifeline, and thank you, Karen, for going the extra mile to bless others. "Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed." Pr 11:25
