I finally discovered our scanner at work can scan 2-sided copies automatically. Yeah! I've been doing those one side at a time manually (it doesn't come up that often).Post Office
The latest is now that the post office will continue Saturday delivery. Wonder how the postal workers feel about this. I bet they were hoping to get Saturdays off!History
My husband just finished reading Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline ( a novel) and learned that orphans used to be put on trains and went from town to town hoping to find a home. I learned about this when I read Orphan Train Rider--One Boy's True Story by Andrea Warren. (Both book images from Amazon.com)

I was too young for the MIckey Mouse Club but my Mom would sing the song all the time to me and my sisters when we were small girls.
There is a cartoon called Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. The toddlers in my daycare L O V E it!

A postal employee told me the USPS was MANDATED to NOT make a profit; that's insane!
You asked about collections. I collect dust. Does that count? Seriously the only thing I tend to hoard are books. I think Saturday delivery should be dumped. It's irrelevant in this age.

I can see Manny and Spunky hiding amongst the stuffed animals! :) I have been collecting deer items since the age of 7, so I do have a ton to share (provided I dust off all the shelves in order to take a decent picture...heh!)
I never did watch the Mickey Mouse Club (I think it was 'before my time') though I did watch Captain Kangaroo! :)
Our postal carrier is a slacker to begin with - bet she's not happy they decided to continue Saturday delivery. :)
