Did you know dogs make excellent personal trainers? It is a very important job to keep our humans in good shape. My strong suit is cardio. This video only shows a small part of my walk. Mommy came along to take pictures of the disc golf course I showed her at the park (which she posted about yesterday). Then on the way home, I showed her how I usually go. Now she understands why my walks take so long, usually an hour or more. I think my mommy should come along with us all the time and she'd get in great shape real quick, even if she does take some shortcuts. I knew she was anxious to get home so I skipped going over by the soccer field even though I usually do that too. I hope you like the video--I had a great time making it! If you do not have a dog, please consider getting one. This is just one of the many benefits you receive.

Walking is so good for you. We used to all go for a walk but we have all gotten a little bit lazy now. Have a great day.
Joe and I went for a nice walk just last night. And the kitties wait for us on the driveway.
Abby, I never thought of walking around a building like that but we don't have any buildings in our neighborhood to walk around. It's good to make sure your dad gets extra long walks!
Little Bit walks about an hour too. Hubby usually lets her go wherever she wants as well. She has to pee on everything and have her morning potty. It's a different path each day, but Little Bit makes the decision where she wants to go. Loved the video.
Have a terrific day. :)
Haha, I like that last photo. Typical dog!
Marg: Abby's walks tire me out.
Lin: How can you be sure your kitties won't run off and go exploring? I KNOW my Spunky would! I sometimes see cats out in their yards (hopefully their yards) along our walks sometimes. I always stop to talk to them!
Beaded Tail: No buildings in your neighborhood? Hard for me to imagine that!
Sandee: Sounds like Little Bit enjoys her/his walks too. I thought smaller dogs didn't do as much walking, guess I am wrong about that, huh?
Rebecca: Oh yes, sometimes she'll do the rolly polly four times on one walk!
