The attorney who won our office March Madness pool used his winnings to buy breakfast for our whole floor from Brennans Catering in Cleveland. The breakfast was delicious!
(I took a blueberry one and ate it with a fork)
The funny thing was that he didn’t even realize he was close to winning until I told him. He was in 4th place going into the championship game and he picked Duke. He said he should learn not to enter these things because he feels bad taking everyone’s money! That’s when he announced that if Duke won, he’d buy breakfast for everyone on the floor.
Has anyone done anything nice for you lately? What have you done to brighten someone's day?

What a generous thing to do with the winnings!
Oh, yum. How delicious everything looks!! I'd love to be there. I don't see many people on the farm but I guess one thing I've been doing lately is having giveaways to focus attention on small home businesses run by fellow bloggers. Does that count?
How nice! Food looks delicious. I can't pinpoint anything I've done unfortunately...we took a couple of my dd's friends out to dinner last night, but that goes into the "parenting" realm, I think :)
That is so nice of him to do that! At my wife's work, the winner was supposed to buy pizza for everyone, but the guy who won, just took the money and bought himself something.
Aww that's lovely. What a kind thing to do. It looked delicious.
Thanks for your comment at Pizzazzerie! Are you Duke fans? I am! This food looks amazing, yum bagels!
Daisy: Yes, we thought so too! Nice Guy!
Mountain Woman: Promoting others blogs, online stores and my book most definitely count as acts of kindness! You're awesome!
Singe: Being nice to parents counts--they are very important people!
Tahtimbo: Oh boy, what a loser. I'm sure people will not forget about that anytime soon. He lost a lot of respect there I bet.
Mrs. Luciia-Wright: Those sandwiches were especially yummy! The last time I had something (non-chocolate) that tasted that good was a salad at Applebees about 6 months ago.
Courtney: Yes, we are DUKE fans. I like the Cameron Crazies--they make the games even more fun! I read coach Mike Krzyzewski's book: Leading With The Heart--Coach K's Successful Strategies for Basketball, Business, and Life and it made me like Duke even more! Great book!
What a great thing to do. Everything looks yummy.
