I am thankful that I have a wonderful husband and that he gets to start working only four days a week as of yesterday. He has chosen to have Wednesdays off at my suggestion and he had a very productive day. Here is how he spent his day off:
He got up at his regular early time so he could walk our dog, Abby, as usual and drive me to the bus stop for work.
He took Abby to the groomer for a bath.
Washed the towels.
He washed my car.
He got his fill of computer time.
He vacuumed.
He scrubbed the kitchen floor.
He met me at the bus stop when I came home and brought the car so I didn't have to walk (it looked like rain).
We watched a bit of TV together in the evening--"Sell This House" and then he watched the Bruins continue their winning streak.
How do you spend a day off? If you could have a 4-day work week, what day would you choose to be off?

That's great that he gets four day weeks! He sure got a lot done on his day off! When tax season is over I have three day weeks and I prefer to have Thursday and Friday off making for an extra long weekend.
Four day work weeks rock. Good for him and it sure appears that he was very busy all day.
Have a fabulous day. Scritches to the babies. ☺
Oh my gosh--that was GREAT! He got so much accomplished.
I work part-time so I appreciate the time I have off. It's nice to run errands and not have to deal with the night-time or weekend crowds. Lucky Gerard!

Four days would be wonderful. I think I'd take a Friday so I could have a 3 day weekend.
