This saying is so true! Gerard found this nice yard sign for our yard. It was just dirty but other than that, we didn't see anything wrong with it. What a nice surprise! Not too long ago, we finally put our old gas powered lawn mower which was sparking out for the garbage pickup and low and behold, someone came along and took it.
