Is that Spunky inside? I had to get a closer look:
Go away, leave me alone and take that bright flashing light with you! |
When I went upstairs to say goodnight to her last week sometime, I was surprised to find her lying in the cat carrier. I leave it open in the den in the hopes that if they see it all the time, they won't think anything of it when it's time to go to the vet.

It is funny to me how cats "rotate" favorite places to sleep. Just when I think I have figured out what their habits are they change it up. For awhile Holly was sleeping in our closet in a basket that holds Chris's ties. If I could not find her that is where she was. They both love their cat condos and usually are sacked out in the cubes in those but just when I think that is where they are----they fool me again!
She's probably in there more than you know. Bless their hearts. They go where they want to go. They sleep where they want to sleep. Well you know.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday. ☺
This is so cute! It's true that whatever we choose for them will probably be the one they at least pretend to ignore. Sophie does not like to go outside in her cat stroller (wanting more freedom than that) but she is often found sleeping happily inside it at bedtime or during naps. :-)
Our Lucy is a habit cat- hardly ever varies her routine- sleeps upstairs in her special chair in the morning, sleeps in her special spot in the evening on the couch and on my side of the bed at the foot at night.
I bet she'd like that snuggly spot where your kitty is! Have a fun day!
I think if we had that one of the cats would confused it with their litter box.
We cats decide what we like - in our own time. Sometimes (usually) human time and kitty time are on different time tables.
never know where they go when you are not home might be fun to sneak in sometime baby always curls up with me after Jake goes out at night i sleep better when he in bed with us I like their basket
Sometimes ya just want someplace cozy to snuggle up it :D
Now that you have invaded their privacy they may have to find a new spot. Teddy's favorite spots are under the bed and in his really ratty box.
My cats sort of have "seasonal" spots--I find them in one place when it's warm outside and others (more cozy) when it's cold.
Awww, so cute. Our dogs LOVE their kennel, and the cats like to sit in it with them. It's not a huge kennel, so with all four of them in there, it looks a little cramped but they love it.
