Thanks to the Browns-Ravens game being switched to 4:00 p.m. today, I will have to DVR it and watch it later because I have puppet practice from 4-6 p.m.
The Patriots-Colts are playing at 1:00 instead of the 4:00 time previously announced. Supposedly, the 4:00 time is the prime time for the better teams, but I like the 1:00 time better. Anyhow, it seems that the powers to be try to put the more interesting games on at 4:00 and as the season progresses, they get a better take on what games will be most interesting so they have a flexible schedule.

They must think the Browns-Ravens game will be closer than the Patriots-Colts game so I should be happy my team is finally getting some respect, I guess. I’ll be anxious to see if we get better announcers this week as well. I’ve been told that the best teams get the best announcers and the bad teams get the bad announcers. In reality, the Colts have been terrible this year and will most likely get blown away by the Patriots.
What time do you prefer? What do you think about this flexible scheduling?

Hmmm, flexible scheduling. I'm pretty sure that late games in Green Bay in fall and winter are pretty cold. The heat of the day makes a lot more sense to me---and I'm used to our games beginning at noon (Central Time).
But things change and it is futile to demand that everything stay the same. Go with the flow. Good that you've got a DVR. (I think you're right about the caliber of announcers going to the "best" games.) Makes sense to me.
This sounds like Grade One where the class is broken up into different reading groups according to ability...or lack thereof. Bluebirds, Robins, and Crows. MEAN!

I'm not really into sports...BUT when I can't watch a favorite show on tv, I'll watch it later "on demand" tv...and grab a nice cup of something hot to drink, maybe a snack. It's fun :) :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
I hope the people who were going to a 4:00 game made it to the 1:00 game! We don't have a preference in a time since football is on all day here with the games at 10am, 1pm and then the 5pm Sunday night football game. At least the Chiefs won today!
I don't watch sports. We don't have television. Waste of precious time in our opinion.
Have a terrific day. :)
I can relate because I schedule my life around a couple of my must see tv shows and I don't have DVR. What determines which ones I stay home for? Whatever ones I can't watch on hulu.
