I'll try to hide that bone now before going to bed, especially a new one.

Beaded Tail and Mountain woman: Thanks for the great tips on making better use of the Kong. I tried throwing in some treats and it really made a difference. Made a video that I'll include in my "Comment Showcase" post this Sunday along with your comments. The frozen food idea sounds good too!

The Bumbles: Spunky inspects everything that comes into the house. She'd love it, I'm sure!

Sue: That's really nice of you to dog sit you mother-in-law's doggie. If Abby discovers she likes her Kong, you can put peanut butter, Cheeze Whiz or cottage cheese inside it, stick it in the freezer and then give it to her. The frozen treats inside the Kong will make it last longer. The Silver Age Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01135538968544231161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-37109326728863624312009-07-16T23:52:50.625-04:002009-07-16T23:52:50.625-04:00I never had a dog, so I have no idea what that is ...I never had a dog, so I have no idea what that is like, but I can imagine.

I am dog sitting though, my Mother-in-laws dog in a couple of weeks so it should be interesting.Susan Cookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16392120408132202877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-27845250578456653392009-07-16T23:35:39.465-04:002009-07-16T23:35:39.465-04:00This post is too funny. Sad...Yep, bones should be banned from the bedroom! Sadie only gets bones in the morning so that she's hopefully done with them by night. And she loves her Kong too. We put dog biscuits in it and then put the peanut butter in it so she gets "surprises" after licking through that peanut butter. It'll keep her busy for quite awhile and she'll even start tossing it in the air since she knows that when it falls the dog biscuits will break and fall out.BeadedTailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662802836032167316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-4856853526308827462009-07-16T11:23:37.468-04:002009-07-16T11:23:37.468-04:00Yep, you have to put those kinds of things away at...Yep, you have to put those kinds of things away at bedtime. They tend to sometimes have different sleep times than we do. You'll figure it out in pretty short order.

Have a terrific day. :)Sandeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06785788498697004273noreply@blogger.com
