At least the fee was credited back and this only happened once over many, many years. I've heard about companies doing that. Also, if you do sign-up to receive your bill online, be sure that they don't charge you a "convenience" fee (Qwest did that for several months before they rescinded it), for paying online.tahtimbohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08597025991965701257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-113601396515261072010-03-16T12:39:30.598-04:002010-03-16T12:39:30.598-04:00I hate it when that happens! I have to put a note in my "revolving bill file" to remind me that there is a debt out there even if I don't have a pile of paper to prove it!Beth Zimmermanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07047047792782914757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-56848977083300493932010-03-16T10:38:50.082-04:002010-03-16T10:38:50.082-04:00So sorry Karen. They finally got it right but it was so aggravating.<br />One thing I might suggest that I have now done is to set up email activation on all your accounts and that way you get an email from the company on the day your bill is mailed. It's saved me some grief when a bill didn't show up in the mail. The Silver Age Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01135538968544231161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4556878706697309931.post-73918304147926205002010-03-16T10:28:19.305-04:002010-03-16T10:28:19.305-04:00Sorry this happened to you.
