We footed the bill for that and we do it because in the dead of winter we need something to do as a group. Everyone enjoys the day. We do lots of Random Acts of Kindness, and most we never tell anyone about. I once bought a few groceries for an elderly gentleman standing behind me in grocery store, I had already begun checking out, he didn't have many items and I felt bad that he was waiting. (Had the cashier not already started ringing up my order I would have let him go ahead).
