5 Friday Fragments

Friday Fragments is hosted my Half-Past Kissin' Time for bloggers to post a list of short things on their minds that aren't really enough for a whole post. Here we go:
  1. Productive

It's a good feeling to be productive: laundry done, pets all cared for, blog post linked up, exercise in, devotions all done before breakfast!
  2. Mammogram

Just a reminder if you're over 40, get a yearly mammogram! It's a bit stressful but worth it! I was relieved to get my results saying normal/benign this week--it's just a relief.
  3. Browns Surprised Me

I am surprised the Browns won their first to preseason games and even scoring 35 points against the mighty Packers! I realize it's just preseason but still. After hearing such gloom and doom predictions for them this season, I certainly wasn't expecting this! My hope in a .500 season has been restored!
  4. Funny Quotes

Saturday we saw these two funny quotes, when will I learn to bring my camera along? bumper sticker: "My beagle is smarter than your honor student."
Lady's t-shirt at Giant Eagle: "You can't scare me, I have kids."
  5. Shampoo Your Weight Away

At Comedy Plus I found out a new weight loss trick related to shampoo! Be sure to stop by for a laugh!
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE--OH, AND WE'RE ON VACATION THIS WEEK--YEA!

Now that is indeed a productive morning!

I once saw a Tshirt that said "My hockey mom is better than your soccer mom". I can appreciate the hockey humor, considering I AM a Hockey Mom! ;-)

I'm due for my first mammogram and I've been getting lots of reminders, but I'm nursing so I have to wait until I'm done nursing. It's strange to be old enough for a mammogram, but young enough to be nursing.

You did have a productive morning! I had my mammogram yesterday. You'd think they'd get machines that better fit our bodies or at least has rounded edges. I'm on vacation until after Labor Day. Yay!

Wow, you got a lot done today and before breakfast too. Awesome.

I'm hoping the Dawn dish soap works. Bwahahahahahaha.

Have a fabulous vacation. :)

I, too, am impressed with your productive morning! Awesome work, Karen!

As a Packer fan, I have been an unhappy camper during the pre-season. But these games are now a pressure packed time for seeing what the "new talent" can do, before they have to start cutting the team size. Not much time to evaluate what you've got, I think.

I was thinking maybe the Packers should beg off this year, and call it a "rebuilding" year.

Haha--Keetha's notepad rocks.

Happy for you on your great test results :)

today I saw an apparent college kid who wore a shirt that read, "Will work for food." Pretty funny, as she was helping to load up a van with what appeared to be school stuff :)

Thanks for linking up, Karen. Have a beautiful Sunday.
