5 Things I Learned This Week-Part 10

I found the recipe for these cute "no-bake" turkey cookies at
Heart of Wisdom-Heart at Home-click this link to go there and Robin gave me permission to post about it here. I bet I could even make these!

At SpicyBugz World I learned about a nice gift basket site called www.bookbouquet.com. It sounds like a very nice gift with some food and a book that you can choose to be included in it and have it shipped for free! These gift baskets are a really nice idea. The ladies at our church usually get together around Thanksgiving time to make similar gift baskets for some people in the church that are having a tough time. We have a potluck supper, some worship time and then we make gift baskets with items everyone brought to donate. It's one of the most fun things to do. Everyone really enjoys this evening and basket recipients are always surprised and pleased.

For a humorous look at Identity Theft check out laugh at Jodi's Journey. This post made me actually laugh out loud and share it with my husband.

When a cat's tail is up but curved at the end like a question mark, it's a sign they are ready to play. I learned this playing the cat trivia on my blog this week and find this fact very helpful in relating with my cats.

At the the cat/dog blog I learned that All you have to do is visit www.GiveBackAmerica.org before you shop at a major online retailer (such as Amazon, Ebay, Zappos, etc.) and a percentage of each sale goes directly to the organization of your choice.

I love playing the cat trivia game every day. I think Harley's tail is always in the question mark position!
